Are Spirit Hoods made with real fur?
Nope. All hoods are made with faux fur. No animals were harmed in the making of your hood.
How do Spirit Hoods fit?
These are “Hoods” not “Hats.” The difference is a loose comfortable fit as opposed to an elastic headband of a typical hat or beanie. They have a button on the front to ensure your hood stays on, and they also double as a scarf that can be tied or untied for extra warmth and a tighter fit.
Are the hoods warm?
Some hoods are warmer than others but generally speaking, yes, a comfortable cozy warm. However, because they are a hood and not a hat, they also stay very cool in hotter climates. You could comfortably wear your hood in 70-degree temperatures, and if you are working up a sweat on the dance floor, you can button the front clasp and let it hang off your shoulders.
What’s the best way to clean my hood?
We recommend dry-cleaning your hood or hand washing your hood in cold water and air drying. DO NOT PUT YOUR HOOD IN THE DRYER!
What is the age range for your hoods?
Generally speaking our hoods fit ages 10+ and we are currently working on age 10 and under sizes.

How long will it take to receive my product?
Once your order has been placed it will be shipped via standard shipping rates (7-10 business days). You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.
NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. Occasionally, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Will you share my information with outside sources?
We will never share your e-mail address or personal information with any third parties. Any information collected on this website will be used for fraud control, order verification or internal marketing purposes only.
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our goal. In the event that your unworn regular priced product purchased from our website does not meet your expectations, you may return it postmarked within 10 days of the date you receive the package for credit to your original payment method or for exchange, less any shipping charges.
Any returns postmarked after 10 days of your receipt date will be returned to you. If you do not accept the item to be returned to you, you will be charged a restock fee that includes 50% of the value of the item plus shipping charges.
You may return your product(s) for a refund or exchange provided:
The item has been unworn
All items are returned
The item is free of any damage caused by the customer
The item is returned in its original packaging
We will only refund the original shipping cost on your order if you received the incorrect item or the item sent was defective. If a wrong item shipped to you is due to a mistake on our part, your returned or exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground Delivery. If you are making an exchange because you want a different hood style, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED VIA THIS WEBSITE. Please use the most economical shipping method. Due to security constraints, we are unable to reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase price. Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted by contacting customerservice@spirithoods.com prior to returning your product.
