From June to September 23th, in-stock orders ship Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday's after 12 p.m. PST will ship when we are back in the office on Tuesday.
Orders placed from Oct-Dec could take 5-8 business days to process before shipping. All express orders are prioritized before shipping but can still take 1-3 business days to process.
If you place multiple orders within 1-2 business days, and they are going to the same address, if we catch this, we will combine the orders and ship them together. You will be refunded for your shipping cost and notified immediately. We cannot promise this will always happen, and seasonally this is not something we can do from Nov-Dec.
We do not pre-charge customs at check out, all customs fees must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery. Please see more on this below. :)

MILITARY ADDRESSES/PO BOXES
We will ship with USPS for any Military APO/PO box addresses provided. If the order is too large to ship with USPS we will connect with you directly to get a physical address for the order to ship to.
If we do not hear from you, and the order is under 10lbs and can be processed with UPS Surepost, the package will travel with UPS to the delivery destination city and then transfer to USPS for the final delivery. This shipment type typically takes 4-15 Business Days.
International Shipping to the Following Countries:Our Howliday Return Window Starts Oct 15th - Dec 15th. If you purchase a gift during this period, you have until January 15th to initiate an Exchange, Store Credit or Return with us.
If you are purchasing a SpiritHood as a Howliday (Holiday) gift, orders shipped via ground UPS must be placed on or before midnight of Dec. 15th, for guaranteed delivery.
Orders shipped via UPS Express must be placed on or before noon on Dec. 22nd.
We ship with UPS, we will NEVER notify recipients of shipments going out unless they are the ones who ordered. If this is a gift, and the recipient is signed up for a UPS My Choice Account, it is possible the recipient will be notified based on their personal UPS My Choice Account preferences.
We do not know who has a UPS \My Choice Account, and we do not have the ability to find out/turn this option off. This option is something the consumer sets up, on UPS.com as a means to protect their inbound packages.
When your item has been shipped we will send you an email confirming your shipment and provide you with your tracking number.
We will only email the email address associated with the SpiritHoods Account, with tracking information.
If the Recipient of the order is different from the purchaser, the Recipient could be notified of a package coming to them from SpiritHoods, if they are signed up for a UPS My Choice Account. This is something the consumer sets up, outside of SpiritHoods, and SpiritHoods cannot know who has one of these accounts, and if they will be notified.
If you are unsure if the recipient has a UPS My Choice Account, we recommend shipping the gift to yourself to keep it a surprise. Keep in mind, most consumers set up a UPS My Choice Account to help protect all inbound packages they have shipping to them. They can select to pick up from a local UPS facility, or schedule deliveries for days they will be home. This is typically used to help limit package theft and for people who work all day and are not home to receive packages and need more options. SpiritHoods cannot control if a recipient of a SpiritHoods gift, is signed up for this option, and is notified through there UPS My Choice Account.

International shipping rates may vary depending on the country that we are shipping to. Typical transit time is between 1-10 business days, but occasionally items can experience customs delay of several weeks. When a package is in transit tracking is not provided for you package, we can only confirm delivery.
CUSTOMS FEES & VAT TAXES
All international orders are subject to be charged an additional VAT or Customs Tax, these fees and taxes vary by country. SpiritHoods has no way of knowing what these charges will be as they vary by country and are based on the price you paid when purchasing on the SpiritHoods website. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. SpiritHoods is not responsible for any additional charges when they occur, and by law, we cannot declare prices lower than their actual value. If you used a discount code, we do honor that pricing on all international forms, but legally we cannot adjust anything lower than what you paid. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
We do include a NAFTA for all qualifying products going to Canada, Australia, and Mexico.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additionally, when ordering from SpiritHoods.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked “Gift,” but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Refused Shipments – If you decide to refuse any shipments from SpiritHoods.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to SpiritHoods.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
If you have backordered items in your cart at checkout, those items will not be shipped to you until the item(s) are in stock and available to ship. During the checkout process, you will be able to select if you want all of your items to be shipped together or separate. You will be able to see expected ship dates for backordered items, but these dates are subject to change. You will not be charged additional freight for backordered items that do not ship with your original order.
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process. Please make sure that the correct address corresponds to the designated billing and shipping areas on the form.
SpiritHoods are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. If you notice you entered your address incorrectly, after the order has shipped, you can call UPS with the tracking provided
